Marjolaine Quirk:
Good afternoon, I’m Marjolaine Quirk, Managing Director of TifFAS Compliance Services, and I’ve joined the APCC Board as Deputy Chair this year. Over to Andrew.
Andrew Jacobs:
Thanks, Marjolaine. I’m Andrew Jacobs, Partner at S&W Group, providing regulatory consulting services — like many of our members. I’ve also been appointed to the APCC Board as Deputy Chair, effective at the same time as Marjolaine.
It’s an exciting time to be joining. The APCC is really going from strength to strength, and I’m particularly enthusiastic about two key areas. The first is our growing engagement with the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) — working closely with them to better understand their direction of travel, which helps us support members more effectively. The second is the Glue Up platform, which is creating a real sense of community and improving communication across the membership.
Marjolaine Quirk:
Absolutely — and the conference today has really shown that progress in action. The line-up of speakers has been outstanding, and it’s great to see such strong participation from members and stakeholders alike.
Andrew Jacobs:
Yes, the sessions have been incredibly valuable — powerful presentations from the FCA, FSCS, and industry practitioners, alongside great discussions among delegates. Personally, I’m also looking forward to hearing more about the APCC–AGRC Diploma in Compliance Consultancy, which is a major step forward for professional development in our field.
Marjolaine Quirk:
We’re both looking forward to being in closer contact with members and continuing to help drive the APCC forward. Please don’t hesitate to reach out — we’d love to hear from you.
A Message of Momentum
Both Marjolaine and Andrew’s appointment reflects the APCC’s ongoing growth and its commitment to building stronger connections between members, regulators, and industry partners. With initiatives like the Diploma programme, enhanced engagement with the FCA, and a more connected member experience through the Glue Up platform, the Association continues to move confidently toward its goal of raising professional standards across the compliance consultancy community.
