Directors are drawn from a wide cross-section of the APCC compliance consultant community.
The Board consisting of Directors and non Directors are responsible for setting the strategic direction of the Association and insuring it’s governance is maintained. It is intended that the Directors will serve for up to three years after which they will retire but may put themselves forward for re-election by members of the APCC.

The APCC Board can confer Honorary membership on an individual for their outstanding dedication and service to the Association, celebrating those who have profoundly influenced the association’s mission and goals.

The APCC also has an Member Feedback Forum to give members an opportunity to shape the future and direction of the Association on a day to day operational basis. This group feeds directly into the Executive Team and presents at the main Board meetings.
