The APCC is active in enhancing the professional standards of compliance consultants and is recognised as a trade body by the FCA and other regulators. This provides our members with significant benefits in terms of direct access to the Regulators as well as business leads.  The APCC often works in conjunction with the FCA to pilot or test new initiatives, and we also provide with valuable feedback on specific subjects as requested by them.

What makes B-Compliant different?
There’s quite a list, but most importantly, we believe compliance support should be hands-on. We don’t tell you what to do, we discuss what is needed, then get to work!

We all know compliance is tough to navigate, time consuming and all too easy to breach. And with the advent of Consumer Duty, it’s getting harder. We established B-Compliant in 2018 to lighten the regulatory load on small and medium-sized FCA registered firms because we believed there wasn’t a gap in the market, but a vast chasm where ‘doing’ compliance firms should have been.

It turns out we were right! As word spreads, an increasing number of firms are turning to us for advice and assistance. Our team of hugely experienced consultants have all worked as compliance managers and understand the commercial side of running a small business, particularly the pressures on time and resources.

We will get to know you and your firm and design a support package tailored to your needs. You can have as much or as little of our time as it takes to ensure your policies and procedures are up to date and the advice you are providing meets all regulatory requirements.
