The Working Group will review and discuss regulation as it emerges and evolves through FCA Supervision. The working group should discuss the FCA’s evolving approach to supervision and provide support to members in relation to understanding the regulator’s approach on this matter. The Working Group should engage with the FCA through providing feedback on the existing approach to supervision with the intention of helping the FCA shape future regulation.
