We are delighted to welcome  Mutual Governance  as Corporate Members of the APCC .

Mutual Governance is a bespoke consultancy who specialise in delivering high-quality, yet proportionate, governance and regulatory services for financial institutions.

In respect of governance we advise Boards on their implementation standards and carry out assurance exercises on their work. Such assurance exercises are often a downstream outcome of a Board Effectiveness Review we carried out earlier.

When it comes to regulatory compliance we cover all the expected subject areas including Consumer Duty , Senior Managers Regime, Financial Crime prevention and AML procedures, Complaints Handling, Financial Promotions, Business Continuity Planning, Operational Resilience  and so on.

Carefully selected to ensure an in depth multi-disciplinary background, our specialised team brings a wealth of experience from a variety of sectors, ranging from major banks to niche insurance firms. Our team’s experience is such that we regularly fulfil Senior Manager Functions in the firms we work with including SMFs 1 , 2, 16, 17, 24.
