Mishcon de Reya completes merger with Taylor Vinters

Mishcon de Reya is pleased to announce it completed a merger with Taylor Vinters, a leading legal and consultancy business in the innovation economy, on 1 January 2023.

The merger delivers both firms’ strategies to accelerate their growing share of the technology, media and life sciences legal and consultancy market in the UK. Over 200 people have joined Mishcon de Reya LLP, who will work with their new colleagues to offer legal services to innovators and entrepreneurs.

Our Financial Services Regulatory team has already joined forces with new colleagues to advise clients in the FinTech and Crypto sector on the requirements for FCA regulation, and an EV charging provider on payment services regulation.
