Frank Ofonagoro, Partner at Opus

A financial advisory and restructuring expert with over 26years’ experience, Frank has extensive experience working on corporate advisory and insolvency mandates with SMEs and their stakeholders (lenders, shareholders, PE, regulators, creditors etc).

Specifically, Frank has spent the majority of his career supporting corporate boards through business restructurings; accelerated business/trade sale transactions; and managing stakeholder relationships during periods of stress or distress. He also has extensive financial due diligence experience.

One of his specialisms is supporting businesses in the FCA regulated sector.

As well as an Insolvency Practitioner, Frank is an Accountant who is a fellow of the FCCA and board member of the Northwest branch of the Turnaround Management Association.
