Out of Sight, Out of Mind – A Year of Lockdown

We have teamed up with Create Solutions to offer APCC Members an invitation to discuss and share experiences of supporting clients during this difficult year. On the 24th March 2021 we will be hosting an exciting webinar in collaboration with Create Solutions. The webinar will focus on passing the year mark since national lockdown was announced, a discussion surrounding the risks of lockdown and how transitioning out of lockdown will occur for consultants and regulated firms.

During the session we will discuss:
• The known risks of homeworking
• The unknown risks of homeworking
• Tools we found useful in converting our business to providing on-line support
• FCA expectations – the benefits of hindsight
• Possible futures for home & office working and client support
