The heads of the Danos Group D&I Committee, Isabel Anchebe and Maame Eshun, invite you to join a Women In Compliance roundtable discussion event for APCC members, on Thursday 22^nd September at 10am.  They will share the latest Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) statistics and initiatives to enhance businesses D&I strategies.

Discussion topics to include:

Do you feel that there is a lack of women in senior management in Financial Services? If so, what are your thoughts on achieving a better balance in the sector?

How do we attract and retain female Compliance talent?

What challenges have you faced whilst progressing in your own career? How did you overcome these and what advice would they give more junior female professionals?

Isabel Anchebe

Isabel joined Danos Associates in December 2019, having started her recruitment career in 2017 at a global recruitment organisation, where she specialised in Compliance roles across Europe. She quickly progressed and has an established track record in Europe having successfully placed a number of Senior Compliance professionals across the buy and sell side. Isabel graduated from the University of Warwick with a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology.

Maame Eshun

Maame joined Danos Associates in early 2018, in 2019 she was promoted to Senior Associate and is responsible for the running of our EMEA In-House Legal Division. She started her legal recruitment career in January 2016 specialising in the financial services sector and successfully placed high calibre legal professionals with leading investment banks, broker-dealers, credit rating agencies and private banks. Maame graduated from the University of Oxford, Keble College with a degree in Chemistry.
