Established in January 2021, The IFA Corporation (TIFAC) was founded by Phil Dibb and Katherine Horgan after many years of running two compliance companies in parallel. After the success of Compliance New Limited and JustCRS Limited launching TIFAC enables us to provide a bespoke compliance service tailored to our clients needs.

TIFAC is a firm of compliance specialists offering practical advice, support and supplementary services to Directly Authorised IFA firms. We aim to help with the burden of Regulatory Compliance on our client firms, enabling them to focus more effectively on their core business activities.
