Khepri Ltd. is a consulting and outsourcing service provider to UK funds and regulated firms, established in March 2023, through a management buyout of four of MJ Hudson’s operating subsidiaries. We work with about 100 clients from Private Equity to Venture Capital firms providing a range of services including, Appointed Representative, Compliance Consulting, Fund Administration, and Host Fund Management.
