This provides our members with significant benefits in terms of direct access to the Regulators as well as business leads.  The APCC often works in conjunction with the FCA to pilot or test new initiatives, and we also provide with valuable feedback on specific subjects as requested by them.

Bespoke Compliance Consultancy Limited is as its name suggests a business that is totally focussed on delivering services to regulated firms which are necessary to the ongoing operation of their business.

BCC was created by Gary Kershaw a former founding Director of SimplyBiz; therefore, it could be argued that there is no other firm that can boast more experience in helping Retail firms.

Whilst at SimplyBiz Gary oversaw more than 5000 new authorisations and designed and delivered compliance services to more than this number.

As Group Compliance Director Gary’s role was the complete oversight of all compliance delivery within the group
