Helen Pettifer Launches a 6 month Mentoring programme.  Since the publication of the Financial Conduct Authority’s Guidance on the Fair Treatment of Vulnerable Customers, exploring several of the key elements highlighted in the guidance

The programme consists of 6 monthly 3-hour meetings.

Each meeting will be hosted virtually on Zoom.
