Our members are required to adhere to our professional standards and membership is granted on an annual basis and has to be renewed each year. Compliance Consultants
Compliance consultants specialise in assisting firms to become regulated by the FCA and PRA, deal with any changes of permissions/control required and maintaining compliance with the regulations. They can also help you when things have gone wrong.
Typically, members will be business oriented, attend your offices and get to know you and your business. They can then help you apply the rules in a practical way suited to you and your business. Working on either a project or retainer basis generally they members build long term relationships with their clients. Understanding your business gives the advantage of and being able to support you as it grows and changes.
